Whole locally cured maple syrup & wholegrain mustard glazed ham

Verjuice roasted turkey breast with lemon & pistachio stuffing

Shellfish lasagne of local bugs & prawns with saffron bèchamel sauce

Vegetarian option:

Pumpkin & sweet potato stack with a toasted pine nut dressing VEG

 

Salads:

Roasted beetroot, Spanish onions, feta & baby spinach

Kipfler potato & crispy prosciutto salad

Rocket, sweet pear, walnut & parmesan salad

Dessert:

Buche de Noel (Christmas log) with dark chocolate butter cream

To serve with coffee:

Pistachio amaretti biscuits with glace cherries
